Choir member registration

Creation of detailed participant lists.

Registration form

We are excited and pleased that so many choirs from throughout the United States, Canada, Lithuania, and elsewhere in Europe have registered for the Song Festival!

The second stage is underway: submission of detailed participant information.

Individuals who do not have a choir in their area but who are committed to learning all festival repertoire on their own through consistent self-study can also register using the form below.

FAQ

All participants are asked to come to the Saturday rehearsal dressed in their song festival t-shirt. This will distinguish participants and help us feel like one, united choir – One Family – One Nation – from the very start. This will also facilitate things for the technical team and help them to better test lighting and visual effects.

Choirs who like to design their own choir t-shirts are invited to continue that tradition and to come to the Friday Welcome Evening – Indoor Street Party in their special choir “uniform” so that, having just flocked together from various countries and cities, we can get to know each other better!

The English equivalent to “Palydovai”, would be the word “Chaperones”.

Chaperones apply only to children’s choirs to ensure safety and order.

We remind you that the everyone will be seated in the concert hall by voice part (not by choir). That is why, one adult chaperone is requested for each voice group (i.e., S1, S2, A) in children’s choirs. If any voice group exceeds 10 children, and an additional chaperone should be provided.

Only choir directors, choir members and chaperones with a festival ID card will be allowed into the rehearsal. Parents are not allowed to attend the rehearsal.

Tickets for the audience, for the festival itself (as well as for all related events), will be sold via the Eventbrite platform. Links to Eventbrite will be available from the Song Festival website.

Make sure to list this individual on both registration forms, so that his/her name appears in the song festival publication as being a member of both of these choirs. However the rest of the registration details and payment need only be indicated once. List their details with the choir with whom they should be seated in the concert hall during the song festival. In the “comments” field, it would also be a good idea to make a note that this individual is a member of several choirs.
