Choir information for the program

Instructions

1) Choir history

  • Brief description: (e.g.,)
  • When & how was the group established?
  • Significant choir director's, previous & current?
  • Main activities, memorable performances?
  • Reasons for participating in the XI Song Festival?
  • In Lithuanian & English
  • Maximum 250 words (both languages combined)
  • Please proofread for grammar

2) Choir photo

  • Color JPG, minimum 4"x6"
  • 300 DPI @ 100%
  • Can be a photo of your full choir (does not have to be limited to those singing in the XI Song Festival)
  • Use filename convention "ChoirName.jpg"

3) Choir director's headshot

  • Color JPG, minimum 4"x6"
  • 300 DPI @ 100%
  • Headshot-style
  • Submit one photo for each director of your group
  • Use filename convention "ChoirName_LastNameFirstName.jpg"

4) Choir logo (optional)

  • Preferably png, eps, svg with transparent background
  • Use filename convention "ChoirName_Logo.png"

Deadline

  • Please submit by May 12, 2025
  • Not necessary to submit everything at once

A richly illustrated program is being prepared to acquaint attendees with all facets of the XI Song Festival. It will be available for purchase during the festival and will feature all participating choirs and their directors, lists of participants, volunteers, and sponsors, as well as the concert program and special greetings and advertisements.
